Cancellation Policy


Appointments should be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellation fee of 50% will apply to late cancel or no-show appointments. Clients with two or more no-shows will be required to pay a deposit equal to the FULL amount of the service being provided.
 

Late-Arrival Policy
 

In the event you arrive to your appointment late by 15 minutes or longer, and we can still accommodate your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of $15.

If you arrive to your appointment late by 15 minutes or longer, and we can no longer accommodate your appointment, the Cancellation Policy will apply and the credit card on file will be charged the Cancellation Fee.

Group Appointment Policy for Wedding & Formal Hair and Makeup

1. Booking and Confirmation:
 

  • All group appointments (parties of three or more) must be booked at least one week in advance.

  • A valid credit card must be on file to secure your deposit of the total service cost is required to secure the booking. This deposit will be applied to the final bill.


2. Consultation:
 

  • A consultation is recommended for group bookings to ensure we understand the needs and preferences of each member of the party.


3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
 

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of group appointments. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Color Treatment Appointment Policy

1. Booking and Confirmation:
 

  • All color treatment appointments must be booked in advance. A confirmation email or text will be sent once the appointment is scheduled.

 

  • A valid credit card must be on file to secure your booking.


2. Consultation:
 

  • A consultation is required for all new clients and for significant color changes. This ensures we understand your hair goals and can allocate the appropriate time and resources.


3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
 

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% cost of services booked.


4. Late Arrivals:
 

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or occur late or cancelation fees.

  • If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but this may not always be possible.


5. No-Shows:
 

  • No-shows will result in a 50% cost of service charge and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Hair Extensions Policy:

 

  • Our stylists are expertly trained to handle extensions with the utmost care. However, Blowout Parlor is not liable for any damage or loosening of extensions resulting from our services.

 

  • For clients with bonded extensions (including tape-in, beaded-in, or sewn-in), a $20 fee will be applied to accommodate the additional care and time required for styling.

 

  • Guests wishing to have clip-in extensions installed will incur a $20 installation fee. Please ensure that extensions are clean, dry, detangled, and ready for installation.
